We focus on high-impact areas to edit by category, eliminate duplicates, and make confident keep-or-go decisions with judgment-free support. All donation items are sorted, packed, and dropped off, allowing you to move forward with less clutter and more clarity.

​Do you bring packing supplies?
Yes! We can provide all standard packing supplies including boxes, packing paper, tape, and specialty items as needed. This saves you time and ensures everything is packed using the right materials for protection and efficiency. Packing supplies are billed separately.
Can you unpack without me being there?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are not present during unpacking. As long as we have access to your home and clear direction on priorities, you can return to a thoughtfully unpacked and functional space that feels like home right away.
Do you organize as you unpack?
Yes. Our unpacking service is intentionally done with organization and flow in mind. We don’t just put items away we create systems that make sense for your daily routines, preferences, and lifestyle so your home is set up to work for you from day one.
Do you move boxes or furniture?
​We do not transport boxes or furniture between locations. Our services focus on professional packing and unpacking only. If movers are present, we are happy to coordinate with them to ensure boxes are placed in the correct rooms for an efficient unpacking process.
